Discuss a project with 24/7 Security

Tell us what you need to protect, how the site is used, what systems are already installed, and any schedule or compliance constraints. We will route the request to the right security specialist and help define the next practical step.

Information that helps us respond

  • Project address or list of locations
  • Facility type and operating schedule
  • Existing equipment, drawings, photographs, or standards
  • Desired outcome and known problems
  • Target schedule, access, and reporting requirements

You do not need a complete specification before contacting us. We can identify the missing decisions and recommend the next practical step.

For a security request, note the number and type of openings, areas that need visibility, existing panel or recorder information, credential method, alarm or monitoring arrangement, and any known door or network problems. Photographs of the opening and nearby equipment often reveal coordination needs before a survey.

During intake we separate confirmed requirements from items that still need a survey or stakeholder decision. That review may cover opening hardware, credential populations, camera objectives, retention, alarm response, monitoring, network ownership, power, integrations, and the acceptance test. Stating those dependencies clearly supports a more reliable security estimate and commissioning plan.

A useful security proposal also states what the client will furnish, what existing equipment is expected to remain, which integrations are included, and which events demonstrate acceptance. If those facts are not yet known, the first deliverable may be a site assessment and decision record rather than premature equipment pricing.

Send a project request

Share the project basics below. A security specialist will review the request and help identify the appropriate survey, design, estimate or service next step.

What happens after the first conversation

The next step should match the maturity of the project. Some requests are ready for pricing; others need a survey, pilot, design review, or troubleshooting visit first.

    Protect

Identify the doors, areas, events, and operating risks involved

    Inspect

Review existing access, video, alarm, intercom, gate, and door conditions

    Define

Define product, integration, monitoring, and response requirements

    Plan

Prepare a survey, estimate, design-assistance, or service path
