24/7 Security installs, configures, services, maintains and supports eligible dormakaba Keyscan access control, Aurora software, E-Plex locks and RCI electronic door hardware.
Requests here range from adding openings to a running Keyscan site, to E-Plex lock rollouts across a floor, to RCI devices replacing hardware that failed in place.
Design around the opening and operating workflow
We begin with the opening, credential and operating workflow, then verify Aurora and controller compatibility, reader/lock interface, egress and fire release, power, network and ownership. Existing System VII sites receive a documented lifecycle and migration assessment.

Panels are terminated, readers proved out and locks programmed at the bench, then doors tested against their assigned access group and schedule.
Maintenance and repair
Service covers reader and strike replacement, database backups held where the owner can reach them, and audits of cardholder records that no longer match current staffing.
